Plain English, and specific to what this site actually does. No boilerplate about services we do not run.

F&T Pressure Washing LLC operates this website. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, who else handles it, and how to get it removed. If anything here is unclear, call or email and ask.
The short version
- We collect what you type into the quote or support form, and nothing more
- We use it to quote your job and turn up at the right address
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising
- You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will
- There are no accounts and no passwords on this site
What we collect, and why
When you request a quote
The quote form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, the property address, and which services you want. It also asks how you would rather be contacted and what time of day suits you, plus optional details like property type, how you heard about us, and anything you want to tell us about the job.
We need the address because we price work off the actual property, usually looking at it on satellite before we call. We need a phone number or an email because otherwise we cannot send you a quote.
When you book an on-site estimate
Choosing a time slot creates an appointment on our business calendar containing your name, address, phone, email and the services requested. If you gave an email address, we add you to that appointment so you get a calendar invite and a reminder.
The link in your invite that lets you reschedule or cancel contains a reference to the appointment and a signature that proves the link is genuine. It does not contain your personal details. Anyone who has that link can change or cancel the appointment, which is why we ask you not to forward it.
When you contact support
The support form collects the same contact details plus the topic and your message. It goes to a different inbox than quotes so it does not sit behind new business.
Automatically, when anyone visits
Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We also count form submissions per IP address for a short period, so that automated bots cannot bury our inbox. That counting is temporary and is not tied to you as a person.
What we do not collect
- No payment or card details. Nothing is paid for on this website
- No accounts, usernames or passwords
- No location tracking, and we do not ask for your device location
- Nothing about you from data brokers or third party lists
Who else handles your information
We keep the list short on purpose. Each of these exists because the site cannot work without it.

Each of these acts on our instructions and only for the purpose above. We do not give your information to anyone else, and we never sell it.
Cookies and advertising
This site sets no cookies of its own. It has no analytics watching how you browse, no social media pixels, and no advertising trackers following you elsewhere.
The Cloudflare spam check may store a short-lived token in your browser so that it does not have to challenge you repeatedly. That is a security measure, not tracking.
If we run search advertising, Google may set a cookie to record that a click on one of our ads led to a quote request or a phone call. That tells us which advertising is worth paying for. It measures the ad, not you, and we do not use it to build a profile or to show you ads on other websites. You can opt out of Google advertising cookies at myadcenter.google.com.
How long we keep it
Quote and support emails stay in our inbox as a record of the job, in the same way any business keeps its correspondence. Appointments stay on our calendar. The temporary submission counts used to block bots disappear within minutes.
If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our inbox and our calendar. We may keep a minimal record of completed work where we are required to for tax or insurance purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will not charge you for it:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Email support@fandtpressurewashing.com or call (816) 846-1888. We answer these ourselves, usually within one business day. You do not need to give a reason.
You can also cancel a booked estimate yourself using the link in your calendar invite, which removes the appointment from our calendar. Appointments inside 12 hours need a phone call instead, because a same day change needs a person to actually see it.
Security
The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection. Our forms are protected by a spam check and submission limits. Access to our inbox and calendar is limited to the people who run the business, with two-step verification switched on.
No system is perfect, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise. If you ever believe something has gone wrong with your information, tell us and we will look into it properly.
Children
This site is for people arranging work on a property. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something with your information that this page says we do not do.
