No stripes. No zebra lines. Just clean concrete.
Driveway, Sidewalk & Concrete Cleaning
Surface-cleaner passes that strip years of gray film, salt scarring, rust and oil off driveways, sidewalks, patios and pavers, edge to edge and evenly.
The straight version
Here Is What Is Actually Going On
Concrete does not get dirty evenly, and that is exactly why a wand alone makes it look worse. Waving a pressure washer tip across a driveway leaves the arcing zebra stripes you have seen on half the houses in your neighborhood. Those permanent-looking marks are really just uneven cleaning.
We run a rotary surface cleaner that holds a fixed distance and a consistent pressure across the whole slab, so the finish comes out uniform from the garage door to the street. Stubborn spots like oil drips, rust bleed from a sprinkler head, tire marks and winter salt scarring get pre-treated with the right chemistry before the surface cleaner ever touches them.

Signs It's Time
If you are nodding at two or more of these, it is worth getting a quote. If none of them apply, we will tell you to save your money.
- 01A dull gray or greenish cast across the whole slab
- 02Black tire marks parked in the same two spots
- 03White chalky scarring left over from winter ice melt
- 04Orange rust fans radiating out from sprinkler heads
- 05Green slime in the shaded strip along the garage

Driveways & Concrete FAQ
Driveways & Concrete Questions
The specific things people ask about this service. Anything else, just call. We do not mind explaining.
Can you get out an old oil stain?
Usually we can dramatically lighten it, and often remove it entirely. Fresh drips come up easily. A stain that has been soaking in for years has penetrated into the pores of the concrete and may leave a shadow. We will tell you honestly what to expect when we look at it, rather than promising a miracle and under-delivering.
Why does my neighbor's driveway have stripes?
Somebody cleaned it with a wand instead of a surface cleaner, or held the tip at inconsistent distances. Those arcs are uneven cleaning, not damage. A proper surface-cleaner pass over the whole slab evens it back out.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when it is done at the right pressure with the right tip. Concrete in sound condition handles it easily. If a slab is already spalling or flaking from freeze-thaw damage, we will point that out first and dial back. We are not going to accelerate a problem you already have.
Do you clean pavers too?
Yes, with lower pressure so we do not blow out the joint sand. We can re-sand the joints afterward if yours are washed out, which most are after a few Kansas City storm seasons.
While We're Out There
Adding another service to the same visit costs less than booking it separately. Most of the cost of a job is getting the truck and the gear on site.
