This is not a job for a pressure washer. High pressure blows straight past the seals and puts water inside the wall, and it will crack an older pane outright. We wash glass by hand with a proper solution, agitate the frames and tracks where the grit actually lives, then squeegee dry so the water leaves in one pass instead of drying into new spots.

Do you clean the inside as well?
Our standard job is exteriors, which is where the weather damage and mineral spotting live. Interiors can be added, we just need someone home and clear access to the windows. Mention it on the quote form and we will price both.
Will you get the hard water spots off?
Usually a good amount of them. Fresh mineral deposits come off with the right solution. Spotting that has been baking on for years has started to etch into the glass itself, and etching is physical damage rather than dirt, so it cannot be washed away. We will tell you which one you have when we look at it.
What about second story windows?
Handled from ladders or with a water fed pole depending on the approach and what is underneath. No need for you to be climbing anything.
Can you do this at the same time as a house wash?
That is the ideal order, and it is why they belong in the same visit. A house wash rinses dirt down over the glass, so windows should always be done after the siding, never before.
While We're Out There
Adding another service to the same visit costs less than booking it separately. Most of the cost of a job is getting the truck and the gear on site.
